Vacancies for Project Managers Outer Island Electrification Project Regional Development Project Phase II Republic of Maldives
The Ministry of Environment, Energy and Water is executing the following projects, under loans financed by the Asian Development Bank:
1. Outer Island Electrification Project
2. Regional Development Project Phase II
The Ministry, as the project implementing agency, is now inviting eligible Maldivian individuals to submit applications to the following posts.
Post: Project Managers
Duration: 1 year
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience.

Project Managers should have the following qualifications:
• Masters degree in Project Management or equivalent with two years of working experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering, or equivalent, with at least two years of working experience;
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills proven through successful interactions with all levels of project stakeholder groups, including senior government officials, business executives and communities;
• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate a complex, multi-stakeholder project;
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate international and local consultants to achieve results;
• Capacities of strategic thinking and planning; and
• Excellent communications skills.
